Suezy is a highly-skilled marketing, sales, training and business administration professional with more than 30 years of experience, many with an entrepreneurial focus. Her accomplishments include creating and implementing a sales program opening up a new market for Rite in the Rain, increasing sales more than 1,300% in one year to surpass the million-dollar level. Suezy has researched market trends and studied products and marketing plans of competitors, developed sales training courses and materials for broker networks for a leading regional financial institution, and conducted training for their sales team. She is a consistent award winner for sales and operational excellence, and has started and operated numerous businesses and served as a business consultant to other entrepreneurs.

Suezy is an internationally-recognized blow torch collector. Founder and discussion leader of “Books in Review,” a book club dedicated to in-depth examination of non-fiction and fiction books, averaging active discussion of 36 or more books per year since 1992.

She has been a mentor for club members with the Chit Chatters Toastmasters Club at the Washington State Correction Center for Women. She founded and developed a corporate mentor program for at-risk youth at Harry S. Truman Alternative High School, Federal Way, Washington, which was later adopted as a nation-wide model by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Suezy is an activeBoard member of local chapters of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) and the Navy League.

Suezy has strong leadership qualities and extensive experience working with diverse populations in the U.S. and internationally in the areas of sales, consensus building, diplomacy, policy and public relations. She is skilled at developing effective new programs, motivating and coordinating large numbers of volunteers and making organizational procedures more efficient. As Lieutenant Governor of Marketing, Suezy developed and implemented a successful District Assistance Plan to grow District 32 (a historically low-club district) to 60 clubs as mandated by Toastmasters International.
